The accommodation is really unique and comfortable with an enjoyable fireplace, private terrace, cozy interior and well equipped kitchen. Upon arrival the reception staff were extremely helpful to get us checked it. I requested a very early check in and the staff managed to make this work as we had an event to attend. The customer relations team and couldn't do enough the were on hand to help at any moment. We requested milk for our toddler late at night on several occasion and was with us within minutes at the right temperature too. They went above and beyond for us.

This is by far the best hotel in the whole Platres/Troodos area. Our suite was wonderful, with views over the pool. The public rooms were also very good. Location is just 3 minutes walk from Platres centre.
