I had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations! The room was beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean! The location is great and is only about 10-15 minute drive from the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (East Gate). The breakfast buffet was also delicious with a good variety! Most importantly, the staff here was absolutely wonderful and very helpful! They helped us book everything from taxis to booking tickets to the park and local attractions! They were so friendly from beginning to end! The price to stay here is extremely reasonable for everything that you get! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn mempunyai pemandangan gunung, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma, terletak di Fenghuang. Probably one of the best views you can have along the river in this town. When I first entered the room I was blown away by the view. Very comfortable to just sit on the balcony and watch the people in traditional costumes pass by. The manager of the Inn was very helpful and friendly. The perfect place to stay for a short trip to Fenghuang.

Everything from staff to property was amazing. We enjoyed our time with staff, food was delicious and plentiful. There recommendations for food off site was equally spot on. They went above and beyond. We had a medical issue and they accompanied us to the hospital to be sure all was taken care of. We have never been more impressed.

Zhangjiajie Twelve Warm Inn-Tianmen Mountain Ropeway Station mempunyai pemandangan bandar, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma di Zhangjiajie, 31km dari Taman Hutan Negara Zhangjiajie. Jenny was sooo helpful and welcoming. She helped me plan my a day in Tianmen mountain and two days in Zhangjiajie. Without her I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the parks, as I don’t speak Chinese and it’s hard to get by without the language there. She also checked in to make sure I was okay. I would recommend 100% anybody (Chinese or foreign) to stay here as on top of the service the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, spacious, etc.

Great location with a market outside every evening and walking distance from the main park entrance. Would definitely recommend this place for people visiting Zhangjiajie National Park.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It exceeded our expectations. They also helped booking tickets. The room has an amazing view. Definitely worth it to get the mountain view room. The hotel is next to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which is very convenient. Only thing is that breakfast starts at 8. It’s a little late if you go to the park early morning

云起山居庭院观景民宿 menawarkan penginapan di Fenghuang. Menawarkan bilik keluarga, tempat penginapan ini juga menyediakan tetamu dengan teres. This is a perfect place to stay in Fenghuang - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with super views of the ancient city. Wang and her brother were amazing - very helpful and welcoming. This is an exceptional place to stay and except for having to move on to get flights, I would have stayed longer. Note there are a lot of steps and the accommodation is up an inclined street, but Wang and her brother helped superbly with our luggage. 10/10.

It was a quiet, clean accommodation, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast and the latte were good. The room was cleaned every day, clean towels, and tooth brushes were provided each day. Steven speaks English and helped us a lot booking tickets to the parks and mountains and organising our trips, making our stay hassle free and enjoyable. They also provide free transfer from the airport.

The property was at an excellent location for exploring Changsha’s main sights and pedestrian street. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The restaurant offers a great selection for the buffet breakfast and a superb view of Changsha by day and night. We were greeted by English-speaking staff which put us at ease immediately. Jack kindly provided us with all the necessary information to make the most of our stay in Changsha. It was a half way stop on our trip around China so the laundry facilities were very much appreciated and the ease of use made it all simple. A great place to stay on your next visit to Changsha.
