天子山から7.4kmのAvatar Peaks Resort - English Service - Complimentary Shuttle to Forest Park Ticket... Absolutely amazing customer service, you will never wait for an answer to any questions that you may have. They speak wonderful English which made it much easier for foreigners. Clean and amazing location!

張家界市にあるZhangjiajie SANHE Hotel --Free one way pick up service over 2 night, Free shuttle to east gate of forest park,Free laundry service,Free fresh coffee,English speaking customer... What a beautiful place! The first thing I said to my wife when we got into the room was, “I want my bedroom to be like this!” It is so beautifully decorated and well-kept. We arrived extremely early and were allowed to check-in early and have breakfast (cannot say that this is the norm, and should be an expectation, this is just our experience). The bath is lovely and the water-pressure from the shower is amazing…..possibly the best shower I’ve had! We appreciated how close it is to the National Park and the Grand Canyon. The staff were very helpful and so welcoming. We managed to book all of our excursions through the hotel and all of our questions (of which there were many!) were answered. If I were to revisit Zhangjiajie, I would stay at this hotel without hesitation. Oh, and a special thank you for collecting us from the train station!

Really nice hosts, they helped us a lot, offered advice on how to see the town best and were just really generally nice and helpful. The room is in a really nice looking location so it's a great base from which to see the town or just chill on the balcony. The provided ginger candys, toohbrush and tea which was also a bonus. When we were leaving the helped us with our bags and called a local taxi for us, since there aren't that many Didis in this town

Very friendly hosts who helped us organise all activities. Great location with a market outside every evening and walking distance from the main park entrance. Would definitely recommend this place for people visiting Zhangjiajie National Park.

More importantly, the host was really friendly and gave excellent recommendations in terms of food to try and things to do in the village area. The hospitality of the host is very commendable and greatly enhances the experience of the stay Despite the hostel being located up a few flights of stairs, the host was helpful enough to assist us in carrying our luggage and we thought that the stairs were not too many and in fact manageable
