Amazing location and facilities were neat! Would stay here on my next visit to Chile for sure. There is a coffee shop downstairs that is perfect for good drinks and food.

A lagoon-style swimming pool with a waterfall and a garden is offered at Mandarin Oriental, Santiago. Free parking is available. We had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service and housekeeping was on point as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental, bringing attention to every detail. The pool area transports you to a resort atmosphere, forgetting you are in the middle of the city. The restaurant Matsuri was phenomenal, we ate there on multiple occasion because we wanted to explore all that the menu could offer. A short ballet rendition of the Nutcracker was organized in the lobby around Christmas time which lifted everyone's spirit. Will come back whenever visiting Santiago.

We had an early morning arrival at Santiago (6:30 AM) and the property manager told us ahead they will try to get the room ready if possible else we can leave luggage in their office while we explore the city. The room was indeed kept ready for us to check-in which was super helpful! The second bathroom is a bit small but is perfectly usable and everything is as seen in photos. Very central location, short walk to metro as well as Sky Costanera complex. A very convenient and safe location to explore Santiago from.
