Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

The Hotel Waldegg - Adults only enjoys an elevated south-facing position in Engelberg. It offers panoramic mountain views, a spa area with an indoor pool, and a restaurant. The heart of this property is the staff. I have never met such pleasant people before. They truly love what they do. We ate on premises at both of the restaurants. Both are equally good. Food is Michelin worthy!!! Hats off to the chef. You never need to go anywhere else for your meals!!! The rooms are spotless. Super clean, cozy, and breathtaking views from room balcony. Breakfast was one of the best we have had across our tour through out Europe. Our server was lovely! Isolde and other front desk staff were super helpful. Very friendly. Restaurant staff was incredibly attentive. Best dining experience! We will return for sure! Housekeeping was spot on. Very friendly lady that catered to our requests with a smile. We can’t wait to return to this place. It’s become our new favorite.

Our rustic-style 3-star hotel with 12 rooms enjoys an idyllic, sunny and quiet location on the edge of the village, offering superb panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Great location : very quiet and peaceful and near Mount Titlis, the morning walk around the area was great Beds are very comfortable and the room was very cozy and spatious with a lot of storage ! Staff is very nice Breakfast option is a little limited but at a high quality

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning views. 🌄 The home is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfectly designed for comfort. It’s brand new, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and there’s even a private parking space available which made everything so convenient. I highly recommend this place — it’s the perfect getaway and I’d love to come back again! ✨
