I never got the woman’s name who checked us in and took care of us for our entire stay, but she really was the best. We checked in on 21/8 for 2 nights. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant downstairs. Beds were comfy. Everything was sparkling clean. The views - unbelievable. We booked this last minute and weren’t very prepared for the mountains - she even offered her own clothes when we said we wanted to go hiking 🥹 Another gentleman brought us delicious prosciutto and melon to start our dinner the 2nd night. This stay was a 100/10 and we already want to return - better prepared ;-) Thank you for everything.

She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. Also an underground garage!

Located in Bellinzona in the Canton of Ticino region, Bellinzona Piazza Collegiata features a balcony and city views. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and an ATM, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The apartment has facilities for disabled guests. We stayed in this 1 bedroom plus living room plus kitchen. It was huge with great ceiling height. The owner gentleman was very accommodative. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows, mattresses etc. the kitchen was also stocked up with essentials to use. Washing machine worked perfectly. It has a portable wifi as well which u can take along when u go out. The location is amazing right at the city centre. To drop bags for 800 metres from Bellini’s train station was cumbersome because of cobbled street. Migros and coop were 200-300 metres. The property had so many books to read and toys to play with.

This 3-star bed and breakfast offers ski storage space and luggage storage space. The bed and breakfast features mountain views, a children's playground, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available. This chalet is a nice experience. The reason why I give a 10/10 is that al standard commercial places become boring over time. This small chalet in the middle of the mountains is the exact opposite. The full wood interior and the low ceiling (I’m 1.83 and nearly touch the ceiling) made it really cosy. The bed is also great.
