They always said hi when we left and again hi when we got back. We really felt at home here. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We liked that we also could sit outside on the balcony area, or go down to the pool area. It's a walk down to the city center, but honestly, the restaurants around this hotel, is far better anyway. We traveled with our pet and the owners helped us get in touch with a vet to get a health certificate to continue to Guatemala. They also helped us to get a shared mini bus to Flores in Guatemala that had no problems waiting for us at the border while we got all papers stamped for our dog.

The property is non-smoking and is located 6.6 km from Cahal Pech. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean while taken care of, attentive staff, and the location was fabulous. Don’t believe anyone who says it isn’t unless you have genuine mobility issues.
