The owners are wonderful helpful people, and assisted me throughout my stay. We have recently purchased a property in the next village. Without their assistance and perseverance, l would have never managed to do the things l needed to achieve in the week l was with them. The meals provided were excellent and the accommodation was very good. There was nothing that they wouldn't do and went far and beyond their remit. Thank you. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Set in the centre of Pleven, this air-conditioned apartment features a terrace with city views. Free WiFi is provided, as well as free parking. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the centre with a supermarket next door and bakeries, it’s been renovated to a high standard and gives a very warm and inviting feeling. There’s plenty of space for storing clothes and a big table for dinners, the balcony is a nice place to relax. There’s a washing machine and comfortable wet room. The self check in is super easy, and the hosts are responsive. Most importantly, the space is kept very clean, and there are kitchen utensils for cooking.

Situated in the protected area of Kaylaka Park, Park Hotel Kaylaka is surrounded by a peaceful natural scenery. Landscaped garden includes a fountain and a bridge. We stayed at Hotel Kaylaka to celebrate International Women's day,and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I had been planning our visit for quite some time, as the hotel is the only one that offers a room with an included sauna,and it didn't dissapoint. The hotel is fantastic - clean,spacious, and sunny with a fresh and pleasant scent ( likely due to their non-smoking policy). We were in love with the spacious sauna, and the king-size bed exceeded our expectations, providing the perfect comfort for a relaxing night.
