The check-in experience is very smooth. The room is spacious and clean. The decoration is very modern. the equipment in the room is new and in very good condition.

Exceptional staff, attended to all our needs, room sizes are perfect, the electrical goods were top notch. Having access to a washer dryer combo made a very big difference! The location is in a quiet suburb away from all the busy Vienna life, but is still only a short train ride away to get back into the old town. You have access to a super market under the hotel which makes it easy to cook up your own meals with the in room kitchenette. We will absolutely be booking here on our next stay. The receptionist staff at this hotel are second to none, assisted us in learning some local language and were generally friendly and bubbly people, no request was a problem, this is how you do customer service! ❤️ A brilliant way to spend our 7 year anniversary and my wife’s 40th together! PS the towel animals were adorable!!

Great place overall: location, amenities, everything is there. Very good matresses, pillows, great sleep. Everything works perfectly, attention to detail, great, responsive owner. Complementary frizzante, nice for having a glass on the terrace and watching the sunset over the Danube. Bicycle provided too. I stayed in one of the first floor appartments.

The staff was really friendly and helpful at all times ! The room was really comfoftable and exceeded our expectations. Would definetely recommend this hotel.

Terletak 14-minit berjalan kaki dari Stesen Kereta Api Wien Westbahnhof, Hotel Josefine menawarkan penginapan 4-bintang di Vienna dan mempunyai bar. The hotel is amazing. The staff is very helpful and polite, we had a small wedding after party and the room was upgraded free of charge. I liked everything about the hotel except some mess during the breakfast, I think the waitress just forgot about my order, however it didn’t impact the overall experience:)

Very friendly and kind staff, beautiful hotel and room! Free coffee and tea at the reception. Everything was new, clean and spacious. You could use speakers for music in the room and bathroom and login with your netflix/YT in the TV :) not super central but easy access to the city center and the location is quiet and safe.

Jaz in the City Vienna mempunyai pusat kecergasan, ruang tamu berkongsi, restoran dan bar di Vienna. This place is very contemporary and comfortable. It is really hard for me to think of anything I needed and could not get. Bonus if you come on weekend there is salsa/bachata night if you are into it. You can borrow records from the reception for listening and also tablet in the room is not very often in hotels. Location is quite central. Great job
