The apartment was exceptionally clean as if we were the first guests. All fittings and equipment were high quality and it was stuffed with whatever you might need. The host was very responsive, professional and easily reachable over WhatsApp. I couldn’t have asked for more. The view from apartment 2 where we stayed was amazing , you can see the mountain on a sunny day and also the garden. I have shared the photos of the apartment at the time of leaving… it was even better and well made when we entered. Very thoughtful host..Highly recommended

Perfect motel style of hotel in Koroška region, in town of Velikovec. Can park near by and hotel has electric blinds on windows - can put them up and down with button. Super cool. It has has been already over month since our stay, but I remember hotel was spotless clean. Will come back, when going to lakes again.

The host, Manfred, is a delight! He lives on-site so there is no problem in checking-in. He's a fount of knowledge and advice. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

Fantastic apartment, both aesthetically and functionally. Comfy beds. Great wifi. Everything works fine and hassle-free. As far as we could tell, all apartments at least partially face away from the busy street, towards a small park/greens. All apartments have a nice-sized balcony. Garage in the building (extra fee but affordable). Staff very nice, flexible and accomodating - thank you!
