The breakfast was absolutely incredible — without doubt the best breakfast I had during my entire trip. My family and I agreed it was the most delicious and authentic meal we’ve ever had in a hotel stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the cook did a fantastic job. The hotel has such a traditional charm, and everything from the hospitality to the food to the overall atmosphere felt genuinely special. This was truly a rich family experience, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I highly recommend Berat Castle Hotel for anyone visiting the area — it’s a perfect mix of tradition, great food, and warm hospitality.

The family didn't speak much English, but they were very nice and we were able to communicate anyways. The room was exactly as the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

And even though the hosts don't seem to speak English, they were very warm, hospitable, and helpful. I would 100% recommend the place! The beds were comfortable, and bathroom is as big as you would need it with hot water and a bidet. The terrace had sufficient tables and chairs, and the internet is strong enough to reach it. I was able to work while here. The view from the terrace was also stunning, with an almost unobstructed view of the Mangalemi part of Berat. There was a kettle and fridge inside the room, which were really helpful. Thank you for hosting my stay in Berat!
