Excellent location, good breakfast. Service from checking in to breakfast was very good. Booking.com messed up my booking, upon check in I was upgraded to a room with Marina view. Many thanks to Nishi the restaurant manager and his whole team. Zerise always saves with a smile, Paulo gets your order correct everytime, quick on his feet ,very attentive and such a charming man. Khushbu is another one that will just light up your day, I was not feeling good for almost 2days, she took care of me personally, tea to calm my stomach, suggested meals that will not make me more sick etc. On the day I checked out, was surprised with a fare well gift too 😊.

I really enjoyed my stay at Voco The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the whole hotel had such a fresh and relaxing vibe. Big thanks to Sameer, Awais, Gopi, Hussein (hope I got the name right, he was at reception and gave us a wonderful welcome), and the pool and beach team for their kindness and great service. Everything was just perfect. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Located in Dubai Marina’s Waterfront and surrounded by restaurants, malls and services, Jumeirah Living Marina Gate Hotel and Apartments offers suites less than 1 km from The Walk at JBR and 8 km from... The hotel is very nicely located, most interesting sites are available in the vicinity while this is still a relaxed neighbourhood. The hotel was clean and well-kept, necessary items were always provided and room cleaning staff was quick and made up our rooms perfectly (kudos to Kawsar). I wouldn't usually write about this but I have to emphasize this time that the staff well exceeded all expectations, they were all very friendly, kind and helpful with any requests we have, made our stay very pleasant. The pool and breakfast were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Located in Dubai, 1.7 km from The Dubai Fountain, ME Dubai by Meliá was designed by Zaha Hadid and offers a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. This hotel looks so futuristic it is fascinating. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was a work of art and the view of the city was dazzling. Unfortunately we only had time for a quick breakfast but the food we ate was delicious, sourdough bread was top notch! Didn't have time to pick something from the menu. The staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming. Really outstanding customer service. The room has block out curtains that also blocked out noise. The wellness centre was calming, thoughtfully appointed, with excellent services. Will definitely be back here again.

Located in Dubai, 10 km from Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, Vida Creek Harbour provides accommodation with two restaurants, free private parking and a fitness centre. we came to the hotel very late, nearly midnight, due to a cancellation of our flight, the staff at the reception were absolutely kind and welcoming! they even let us keep the room until 4pm the other day, thank you very much for that! the views from the hotel pool are amazing, particularly the sunset! breakfast is also very nice:)

Nestled on the pristine shores of Bluewaters Dubai, Delano is a modern, luxury escape with 500 meters of natural beachfront set against a shimmering Arabian Gulf. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. It really has the best beach in Dubai. The water was very clear, the beach was wide and open, and there were no buildings on the horizon, which made it feel peaceful and natural. The breakfasts were amazing, with lots of tasty options, and the room service food was also very delicious. The room was also fantastic. The housekeeping team cleaned it several times a day, and in the evening, they would close the curtains and leave small jelly candies with melatonin to help me sleep well. There were plenty of healthy snack options in the room and things like collagen and immune shots, which I really enjoyed. The room also had a Dyson hairdryer and an excellent clothes steamer, which were very convenient. Sadly, I arrived at the hotel already feeling sick because I caught a cold before. However, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. At the pool, I asked for chicken broth soup, even though it wasn’t on the menu, and they made it for me right away. It was so kind of them, and I really appreciated it. I also want to highlight the incredible manager (?), Marta. When she delivered a birthday surprise to my room and noticed that I was unwell, she showed genuine concern and care. Later, she returned with a personalized gift for me with my favourite skincare products, which was such a touching and memorable moment. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable, and I can’t wait to return in better health!
