The immaculate venue is on a farm some 40km outside Potchefstroom. The big old trees (many of them with a bench underneath) as well as the extra-large lawn created a wonderful tranquil environment. We got together as an extended family of 11 people, and we easily fitted into the fully equipped main house and cottage (6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms). The farm was previously owned by PG du Plessis and to our big surprise there was a private library with good wifi, which contains many of his books, typing machines and other belongings. The breakfast served was abundant and scrumptious. Different dishes on the different days, both cold fruits and yoghurt as well as warm dishes with juice and coffee/tee.
