Very cozy and friendly place. Innocent, Evelyn and Djamal were very nice and attentive to all of our requests. The house is very well located, with a nice garden and bungalow. The breakfast was also good and made with love. The host even organized our safari and gave us a very good briefing about it. So we had a great time and wonderful experience.

like everyone has said, Agnes is amazing! Incredibly kind and accommodating. I came with 2 other friends and we arrived late and I left around 4am for an early flight. Agnes accommodated our late arrival and welcomed us with open arms, helped us settle in, and even woke up to greet me with breakfast at 4 o'clock in the morning! The beds are comfy and spacious and her family is all incredibly kind as well. 10/10 recommend!

This place is great, there's nothing wrong with it! We had a very good experience for a very cheap price. It's a privately-run place. Owner was very friendly. Payment was cash-only. Reception area was nice to hang around. Room was very clean with with a comfy bed. Bathroom was ok, with hot shower. Breakfast was very good and on time (we asked for an early one). Ladies making breakfast were very friendly. Location is also great, a few minutes walk from the Clock tower and around the corner of Maasai market to get whatever souvenirs you'd like.

Everything! We were very impressed with the house. It was very modern and clean. The kids loved it too. The host was very helpful at all times. My husband and I travel a lot for work and have stayed in many regions in Tanzania, many different hotels and apartments and this was by far the best.

One of our favorite place in Arusha, Tanzania. Very conformable place. We stayed here in total 4 nights by extending and extending our stay, as it was very nice place to stay. There is a spacious kitchen that you can cook if you wish. There are many small local shop around this place, we went to buy some veggies and meat to cook by ourselves
