This place is one of the best accommodation I have had and even it is better than the photos in booking.com. It’s a real paradise very clean very well decorated very calm and peaceful just in front of the beach and you can see sunrise from your bed. On top of everything is the staff, they are super nice, kind and smiley that makes you feel very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and varied, they have best banana pancakes the only thing can be better than is the coffee. The restaurant has a good chef and they can prepare you the food as you want even if it is not in the menu. There are also other restaurants and hotels around for food in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place you will enjoy your time there.

The „ecohouse“ is a special and hidden treasure on the wonderful compound, very close to the beach in kizimkazi. The lovely style of the old materials in a fresh renovated condition was exactly our taste. Simplicity on its best. Selma is a worm host and the breakfast is close to a garden ceremony with good fruits and enough to eat. The village itself seemed to us peaceful. Tourists are not yet overehelming the traditional lifestyle. The fishermen and the beaching till sunset go well along. We regretted that we couldn’t stay longer.

Thoughtfully designed garden with few small houses. Family peace created by Giuditta and Omar and their brave baby boy. Five cuddly dogs and two little cats, birds, night singing and talking along everynight campfire, swinging under trees. Home style cooking, breakfast from garden fruits. Coffee anytime, especially with ginger! Refreshing rain showers, overcoming a disease thanks to local healing trees and slow life style – hakuna matata. Open minded attitude to open minded guests. This really is a wonderful place everything you need to relax. Small place, just 12 rooms, perfectly formed! Superb outlook, great bungalow accommodation, fabulous team of well trained locals led by one of the coolest and most efficient guys I have come across. Roger the Rasta is on it and you wouldn't even know it. Great choice of food and reasonably priced. Plenty of varieties of drinks and if you want something specific for your stay Roger and his team will oblige. Nothing seems too much. My daughters had a number of spa treatments as did some of the other guests who were there and all came back glowing. There were some low key, very entertaining events put on that got all guests hooked. Would definitely like to return soon!

New Teddys was a very nice place to stay. As soon as we arrived, we feeled like we have arrived in paradise. The introduction from Leonie was very warm, welcoming and detailed.The staff was very nice and helpful with wishes for activities. The beach and the sea was very clean in this area. If we visit zanzibar again, we will definitively stay again at Teddys.

Jambo, Location location location...... right on the beach, yet centre of town, with it's own private beach around a lovely pool, we had a sea view room with a really comfy bed. The staff are all welcoming and friendly and Charlotte is a wonderful host, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. As for the food served...... Delicious! Fresh organic fruit and vegetables along side local produce and a lovely mix of African and European cuisine to suit every palate. The people of Jambiani are very friendly and welcoming, even the little children say "Jambo" welcome when you meet them on the street.
