We arrived very late and were happy to be warmly welcomed with our key. Since I’m in the last trimester of my pregnancy, we were assured in advance that the cabin would be suitable and comfortable for a smooth stay — and we truly appreciated that. I also have some food intolerances, so I was very pleased to find suitable options both at breakfast and when we chose to dine at the restaurant at Cuki Residence. The staff and hosts are present daily, which really helps create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The animals are very friendly, which beautifully complements the peaceful environment. The gardens are very well maintained, the entire area is kept clean, and the staff are always smiling and kind to the residents.

The apartment was wonderful. The private spa center is fantastic and the Jacuzzi is with unlimited hot water. The host organized a transfer from the airport for me, it was the first time someone offered me such a service, and they have their own car rental, a really wide range of possibilities. Everything! Excellent communication,very kind,we could do the check in Late around 23:00 because of the traffic ,without a problem and she he was smiling . We had a lot of options for the breakfast and they delivered it the time that we asked for.The bed was good,small apartment but with enough space,very clean, fast internet and you can use the Netflix! For me also importantly it is that they offered a small coffee machine and the fridge! Safe parking spot immediately outside of the apartment .Location is also good ad is very close to the highway.

Very accommodating and very polite! We arrived late (after reception time closed) and they made sure we had access to our room. The room is located in a central location in Paracin. Gas station bellow open 24hrs with shop filled with all the goods a tired traveler (with young children) needs. Room is very clean, quiet and comfy beds. TV with YouTube and good wi-fi connection in the room. Air-conditioning was already turned on when we arrived as it's a hot day. I thought that was very thoughtful and I can honestly say we have received a 5star experience. Will definitely be coming back

We are delighted with the apartment and the service. Everything is at the highest level, like in a Hotel. Entry is by code, inside everything is clean and in place as if no one has been there before. We got a discount in Rent a Car from the host who is active 24 hours a day, amazing.

An extraordinary facility in the very center of the city with a beautiful garage to house all our motorbikes. Pleasant welcome and professional reception by the host. The apartment is full of luxury, we had our own private sauna, terrace and balcony. A huge private jacuzzi in the apartment just for the two of us.
