From the moment we arrived, everything was calm and friendly. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Our tent was clean and ready, with a private bathroom. This was one of the most magical places I've ever been to. The ride to the camp is great experience, The tents are clean and spacious. You are greeted with tea( of course) and nuts. The camel ride through the desert was magical. The sunset colours were stunning and sunrise was even better. Walking the dunes while the sun comes up is the best. The staff were super sweet and responsive.

We came to Merzouga for an overnight stay at a desert camp and added this stop for an extra night beforehand—which turned out to be perfect for a little rest in the middle of our road trip. There’s free parking, and we were able to park our car right in front of our room entrance, which was super convenient. The property is within walking distance of the dunes, and there’s a small supermarket about 4 minutes away by car. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool. The water was quite cold (we visited in late April), but with the heat outside, it was actually perfect for cooling off. We loved our room—it looked just like in the photos. It was very clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed, a mirror, and hangers for clothes. Even though it was hot outside, the room stayed pleasantly cool. We booked dinner for 130 DH (around 13€) per person), and both dinner and breakfast were really good. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind—we were even allowed to stay in the pool area after checkout, which we really appreciated. You could easily stay even 2 nights or more if you’re looking to unwind—this place is truly a gem.

Zahara Mirage Camp - A Memorable Experience! I recently had the chance to stay at Zahara Mirage Camp for a night, and it was an unforgettable experience. The camp is situated in a stunning location, offering an incredible blend of comfort and adventure. During my stay, I got to try two thrilling activities: the buggy ride and the off-road car adventure. Both were absolutely exhilarating! The buggy ride was an exciting, fast-paced journey through the dunes, and the off-road car activity provided an adrenaline-pumping ride through the rugged desert terrain. The staff at Zahara Mirage Camp were friendly and professional, ensuring we had an amazing time and were safe throughout the activities. The camp itself was well-equipped, offering a cozy atmosphere with comfortable tents and excellent amenities. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. If you're looking for a unique desert experience, I highly recommend Zahara Mirage Camp. We were brought into the desert in 4x4, the drive started rough but got smoother as we reached the soft dunes. At camp, tea and small snacks were waiting. Later, we joined a camel ride, watched the sun go down, and ate dinner under a shared tent. The night finished by the fire, where some of the staff played instruments and a few danced. Morning started early for sunrise, then a quick breakfast before heading back. Tents had real beds, private bathrooms, and were more solid than we expected.

    Breakfast was good. And dinner was delicious, but it costs 30 euros for 2 persons what is definitely overpriced compared to the rest of Morocco. But since you're in the middle of the desert you don't have much choice so you either take it or you starve. The location was great, right next to the dunes ant the camp itself is lovely with a fire place, carpets and plants.

    we saw a lot of camps while driving through the desert and we were glad we booked this one as it is one of the nicest! the location is amazing as it is inside the desert and not next to the road and hotels right outside. The food was delicious and they catered always different vegetarian meals for dinner so it never got repetitive. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The tents are beautiful, clean and spacious. We stayed in winter so in the evening at night it got very cold but the blankets were very warm and comfy.

    A great experience overall. Very well organised. The jeep transport to the camp is included (the driver put on an extra effort to make it also a very cool experience), the camels cost extra 20 euro pro person for 2 hours on a private tour with a stop at a sand dune to view the sunset. Amazing how much comfort you can get in the dessert. Even had an usb port. The bed was really huge! The dinner was really great. They had a cute cat and a cute dog!

    Great little sahara camp, beds we’re comfortable and staff were really great. Bonus is it is pet friendly. The owner is really accommodating. The dinner and breakfast were great. We took the quad sunset and sunrise camel tours, both were amazing. Many insta worthy photo spots in the camp.
