A great apartment located close to the city centre but in a calm, residential area. The owner lives nearby and it is always possible to contact her. There was no complicated instruction how to get the keys because we were greeted by the owner. It is a rare thing nowadays and it was very nice. The apartment is brand new, extremely clean and comfortable. The equipment included in the offer is there in a very good condition (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, air conditioner). There is also a parking for guests. I recommend the Maple Park apartment for everyone who travels to Kaunas.
