Prompt customer service, beautiful property with great security and space for parking. Perfect place to come in and sleep for the night while you're on the go. Very clean facility, with a full kitchen if you need it, just dont expect hot water, as that is uncommon for this area. I found another place at a low price with hot water, but still chose to return here, and would do so again in the future. The room also has TV, MUCH NEEDED air conditioning that will cool you right off, and a fan. GPS may not take you all the way to the address, but all you have to do is look up to the left and you'll see this beautiful white house on the hill.

Nearby, you’ll find shopping malls, stores, and excellent restaurants. Everything is easily accessible, and even getting to the mountains is quicker compared to other parts of the city. If you’re interested in Dancehall and street dancing on Monday nights, this location is also convenient for traveling to and from the events with Uber. Various public transport options are just a few hundred meters away on foot. The accommodation is set in a beautiful mansion surrounded by a stunning orchid garden, a swimming pool, and fruit trees—an oasis in the heart of Kingston. The rooms are spacious and bright, with mosquito nets on all windows, air conditioning, cooking facilities, a comfortable bathroom with good water pressure, and a cozy bed. The rooms are exceptionally clean, rivaling or even exceeding the standards of four- and five-star hotels. Most importantly, the hostess, Betty, is an absolutely wonderful person.     The property is located in a residential area. The neighborhood is quiet, no crowdy streets and I felt safe. It truly felt like home. I wasn’t bothered by mosquitoes or bugs and didn’t have to use my insect spray at any time. I spent 2 nights and the ceiling fan was enough didn’t have to use the air conditioner.

    I was able to take my dog with me! This place is pet friendly and that tells everything about the kindness! The rooms are clean and well equipped! The garden is very pretty and the whole property safe and quiet.
