This is the perfect stay for cyclists. Just a three minute ride off the route in a quiet village below the high mountains. Well oiled and experienced host. Spotlessly clean, great towels, hot water, comfortable beds, great breakfast with best scrambled eggs ever. Coffee to order. Evening meal was booked and that was also to a very high standard, wines by the glass and bottle. Stocked fridge in room - drinks very reasonably priced. Terrace out the back to relax. Bike garage opposite hotel and locked.

When you are in Gemona go there! The owners are extremely kind and helpful and the rooms are just recently renovated. All the electronics were high end and the bathroom was super clean and pretty. The breakfast is very nice and the B&B owners offer Apple Juice and Apple Marmelade from their own plantation.

A feel of a well run and proudly run family albergio. Great value for money. Good wifi and aircon. Easy check-in. Excellent evening meal in their restaurant and a great breakfast, including eggs! Good bike storage for the FVG3 route.

It was a great experience to stay in the historical villa. The location is great, close to the bus stop. The view around the building is nice. The interior inside is very beautiful. Even though the building is old it is very well adapted to modern needs. The room we got was very spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and a private bathroom. There was hot water and the room was very warm. There was also a big TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary things. It is easy to cook there. The inner garden is also very cozy. It was super easy to communicate with the host, which seemed very friendly. In the same building, but with a separate entrance from the road there is also a bar/cafe which is also very cozy with beautiful interior and cheap prices for drinks. It was a very enjoyable stay!

This accommodation is everything you could ever dream of, and I’m not exaggerating. The views are absolutely outstanding, both day and night, so prepare to spend a lot of time on the balcony admiring the natural and village scenery. The villa is nestled in the heart of an adorable small Italian village, with a shop, coffee shop, and an amazing family pizza restaurant just around the corner. There are also natural monuments like waterfalls nearby. The fireplace is definitely the centerpiece of the villa; we loved it so much, and my little one fell asleep next to it every night. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is new, very well-designed, and exudes luxury throughout. There are plenty of activities to enjoy during your stay, including a fantastic skiing resort, Nassfeld, just an hour away, and a seaside experience in Grado, only 1.5 hours away. Plus, many tips from the owner are waiting for you in the manual in the kitchen. We absolutely loved it here and will definitely be back! (By the way, for cat lovers, there are lots of friendly black cats from the neighborhood around the villa.)

Very nice place attached to a farm/Vineyard. Small Family run apartment block.. secure quite and very welcoming., would highly recommend. Nearby restaurant in hotel, beer is dear, but good is really good and cheap.. close to some scenic villages. If stay there again for sure. 10 out of 10
