We had the best time there and were sad that we stayed only for one night. We arrived late in the evening and still got a really warm welcome. The place had a fantastic breakfast, and everything was excellent and unique. We would definitely come back.

We loved the (historical) building where the appartments are. We loved the appartment (modern, beautiful but simple & practical), we loved the garden and the swiming pool (great for relax, we had a marvelous family picnic). We also felt so welcomed by the hosts, being very nice, available and discrete. Marco was actually better than any "travel guide" we may have bought! Thank you.

We stayed at this place for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Franka is incredibly kind and friendly, and she was always available if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and well-equipped — there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, iron with ironing board, and a coffee machine. We were especially touched by the croissants and jam she left for breakfast — such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. We definitely recommend this place, thank Franka sincerely, and would be happy to stay here again if we have the chance.

The hotel is on a surprisingly quiet main road, very close to the motorway exit and easy to find. There are 3 restaurants right across the street and another a little further down the road. The hotel itself is quiet, clean and well run. Extensive breakfast buffet with a very varied selection. We were drawn to this hotel by the mention of cats in numerous reviews, and enjoyed their company by the pool and in the lounge area.

The room was super nice and comfortable, also the little terrace was very nice. Room was clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. Breakfast at the bar was also great, we had both sweet and salty options. Gessica was super helpful, she answered our questions very fast and helped with everything. Self check-in to the room was also very easy, although we arrived at midnight. Car park is approachable and very close to the b&b. The location is super central, you can walk everywhere in 2-3 minutes. Totally recommended!

Very nice cottage in the country side of Mantova, surrounded by enchanting gardens, home to lush vegetation and cute animals. Nicola and Peiman are wonderful hosts, extremely caring and with love for details. The room is very cozy, the beds allow best rest. Unforgettable the rich breakfast! Definitely recommendable! Ideal place also for cyclists!
