This was by far our favourite place to stay while hiking the via degli dei. Maria and her husband were incredible, helping us get dinner when we arrived and organising a birthday cake as a surprise for my partner. The house is beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

The hote Nicla was there and she was waiting for us to gave us the key and explain everything about her place. The apartment is very big, clean, with everything you can need and much more you can easily feel that you are in your own place. The garden is beautiful very maintained, with a lot of commodities in the middle of the mountain's and forest, if you want to relax and enjoy, connect with the nature that's your place and it's only 25min to reach the city center of Florence.

The place was on the hills, it was very very calm and serene. It was located in the middle of mountains and so much of greenery was there. The overall area was very very quite and great for relaxing and giving a good country vibe. Less than a minute of walk away there is a bus stop which has regular connectivity to the main city and daily amenities can be bought from the nearby grocery store. The host was very nice and helped us with all our queries. The apartment is very spacious and there is a lot of roam inside and outside for relaxation. Perfect place to get away from the city with very frequent and easy access to the city as well. Had a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic property - we LOVED everything. Simona and her family were the most wonderful hosts and nothing was a bother. The property was very clean, comfortable and stocked with a couple of extras. The view outside of the fields was awesome … fabulous to have a meal or appertif gazing at the beautiful vista. It was convenient to Mugello and a short walk to town.

    Beautiful garden, pure nature all around and a very nice swimming pool. A large kitchen where you can go and make coffee or tea at any time. Very nicely prepared breakfasts. The location is also good because it is 25 minutes by car to Florence. The owners are very nice and helpful!

    The staff was very welcoming, helpful, very communicative and professional yet vey warm. The accommodation was perfect, clean, tidy, providing "home" feeling. Surounding is perfect for families, full of cozy corners to hide in, places to play w kids and lovely pool. Close to Florencia, perfect italuan food all over the place and breakfasts at Casa Palmira also very tasty and rich.

    The location was perfect for us. One of us went to Mugello circuit on 3 days, whilst the other got the bus from just outside the hotel into Florence. This was made really easy by the hosts who had bus tickets we could buy from them, and when I'd finished for the day in Florence could relax around the pool back at Casa Palmira. I'd definitely stay here again.

    The staff were amazing and we loved our stay here. They made helpful recommendations on where to go and where to eat and booked us tables. We loved our stay here and the location is beautiful and the outdoor grounds were amazing. Would definitely come back here if we come to visit this area again.

    The best place in Florence! The location is perfect way to see the real Italian world. It is very clean and the sound of the birds 🐦 it is still in our mind. About the staff and the owner - Maria - so kind, so helpful. Definitely you have to visit that place to understand. We were planning to stay one night, but because all this positive vibes - we change our plans and stay one more night. Thank you so much! I will remember you with my 36th Birthday 🎂 and definitely will try to come back in the summer ☀️

    Location was beautiful, surrounded by green and so peaceful. The room was nice and clean and quiet, facing the garden. Maria and her family were super nice and even bought us food for dinner since we were arriving late on foot. Breakfast was delicious! We wish we could have stayed longer and relax in this corner of paradise! Hope to be back one day!!!

    Everything. The location is beautiful, the place is located very beautiful with a big garden where you can so very nice. The appartement was great, super well provided with everything you could ever need. On top of that the host Nicla is super sweet and caring, always there to help you with your questions or to provide you with anything!
