Squeaky clean rooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice facilities outside (playground, table football, bocce field). Daniele is an exceptional host, I wish we could stay longer here. The grounds around are beyond beautiful, view over the lake, endless orchards and olive groves.

Francesca greeted us and was helpful and friendly, her English is excellent. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable, there is a small equipped kitchen and sitting area with a separate bedroom and bathroom. Walking distance to the supermarket. Breakfast was great, homemade apple strudel was a bonus. The staff especially Francesca were very friendly and helpful. Francesca will book taxis for you and is very good at recommending places to visit. All in all we had a wonderful stay, our visit was to go to a wedding at Villa Baroncino.

I liked the room, spacious, nice, comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Bed very nice. I got to change the room and got one other room with view over the lake, it was fantastic. I enjoyed there. Breakfast was good, variable, eggs, different salami and cheese, bread also, really good breakfast. Wifi was good also. The pool was small but it was nice to stay there a little and take a bath because it was not possible to take a bath in the lake due bad water. Only on some places around the lake was possible to swim, but anyway one local said to me to not take a bath there, if I want not to be sick. Pity, it would be nice but, the pool was OK.

The room, location, amenities (pool, bar, restaurants) are all individually fantastic, but the main reason I would come here again is the friendly staff. Gianni, the owner, is the man who knows everyone and will assist with anything, he is the main reason I will be coming back in future.

    An exceptional location right by the lake, surrounded by magnificent trees - a perfect place to enjoy and relax by the pool…but also a good base for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. The hotel has a lot of charm and a lovely ambience, a very good restaurant, nice rooms with comfortable bed and a beautiful view from the balcony. It's quiet, clean and well maintained and the staff is also very friendly and helpful… and our dog was welcome too! We loved everything about this place…Highly recommended!
