the pictures don't do the place any justice, it exceeded my expectations and blew my mind. the property and the views were amaaazing. the suite was amazing but what I enjoyed most was the fresh air of the mountains, the calmness and the sounds of nature, make sure to watch the sunset because it was breathtaking. The staff were super polite and nice, especially Nick.

We had a fantastic time at Fontecristina. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting - the pool, garden and view are stunning. The apartment itself is exquisite. Krisztina and Lucio are the perfect hosts - they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, and gave us really helpful tips for things to do and places to go to. The apartment is in a great location to visit other areas. We took day trips to Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Siena, Florence and San Morino. It is also just perfect for lazy days around the private pool, soaking in the beautiful Umbrian countryside!

    First the good news. We were upgraded to the suite (room 2) of 60m2. A very spacy and beautiful toom. The location is also very nice: a courtyard with huge trees which is the location for breakfast, lunch and dinner and nice views on the hills.

    Exceptional. Such a comfortable house. Filippo was the perfect host. Always on hand. Superb kitchen for cooking. Comfortable bed. Great WiFi. Stunning views.
