Great location. Attentive and helpful staff. Great space in the Junior Suite. Use of Washing Machine + liquid - really useful. Very safe and quiet location. Great views from the 12th floor. Just round the corner from a street of restaurants/cafes leading to shopping area.

The room and terrace are amazing, especially the hot tub. We saw a flock of flamingos fly above our heads while we were enjoying the hot tub at sun set, which was extra special. Couldn't recommend this place enough, we even decided to stay for an extra night.

This guest house was absolutely fabulous and exceeded our expectations. Beautifully renovated, wonderful location so close to everything, superbly clean, daily room cleaning, the room beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom and lovely bathroom products were a real bonus too plus the daily refreshing of juice and water were really wonderful surprises. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Loved our stay and would absolutely recommend. 12 out of 10! Thank you

Boathouse Is a very nice concept and in Cagliari they have right people that take care of the boats and tourists. Juan was an wonderful host and help us with everything. He introduces the town to us, we got advices about traditional food and restaurants, tratorias in Cagliari, we got help with the bikes, with the car rental and the list is much longer. We enjoy the time we spent there and we for sure will recommend this place to others. Thank you Juan!

    Great location with an atmosphere I have imagined for a hotel in that place. Very helpful friendly stuff. Clean. Very nice breakfast. Our room no.5 was enough big for 3 people (it has actually two rooms). Coffee machine, little kitchen. All you need for a short stay. And they welcome dogs there! All in all very symphatic! Would live to return!
