I stayed at Mel Vil before and after Medical Surgery and was met and looked after very well by the owner his family, who live on property. The apartment and property are very clean and well looked after. The apartment was roof top with elevator access and was spacious and comfortable with two AC units cooling the mail living area. I needed just one at low setting. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is central to Pondicherry. I was very well looked after there and will stay again when I return next year.

The location of the villa itself is a plus point as it is very peaceful and eye pleasing because of the surrounding greenery. The staff put in a lot of effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
