This homestay on Besir island is ideally located near several interests spots in Raja Ampat. The place is calm, only two cabins on the water, connected to a village full of charm. The utilities are on the beach, near the owner's house. It's very clean and has everything required to answer basic needs. Regarding the rooms, mosquito net on the bed, fan, electricity at night, blankets, hammock, sunbed and basic furnitures. All the meals (included in the reservation) are served to your cabin, they vary and are prepared by an great cook! So everything is tasteful and good. No connection except if you get a SIM card on arrival at Sorong's airport but deconnection is great. It's easy to communicate with the owner who speaks well English (rare in Raja Ampat) and he tries his best for you to have the best stay possible. Him and his family are super nice and welcoming while respecting your privacy. I came with a friend and we stayed 3 full days, we had an amazing time there and we can only recommend this place. All the activities we've done through them were memorable, we had a lot of fun. Have a good holiday there!

Thanks to Aron, the host, it was an exceptional experience during our stay. We've visited almost every location for snorkeling and diving on Raja Ampat (you should pay for the boat). We'd a very diverse menu and a true natural Papua environment.

The location is stunning, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing service we received from the entire team. A special thank you to Ramdhan for his attentiveness and warm hospitality, he made us feel at home every single day. Oyen impressed us with his snorkeling guidance and caring attitude, every outing was magical thanks to him. Afri was always there with a smile, offering outstanding assistance at any hour, and his energy and kindness truly stood out. And Andy, with his friendly presence and helpful nature, made everything easier and more enjoyable. We absolutely loved our stay at Beser Bay. The bungalows are located in a beautiful spot, slightly tucked away but with amazing sunset views. The bungalows are large and spacious and very comfortable. Power is limited (6pm-midnight), but that’s plenty of time to re-charge phones, cameras, etc. We were always able to get good cell service (we had Telkomsel SIM cards). We loved how quiet it was here eg you don’t hear music from nearby villages etc so it’s very peaceful. The food was insanely good, to the point that if they released a cook book I would buy it. The food varied each night, with lots of veg cooked in different and delicious ways. Plenty of fish, plus eggs and chicken. Highlight were the 4pm snacks like cakes from the village or their home made chocolate donuts or banana puffs for breakfast. We never went hungry here..! Excursions were reasonably priced (bring a ton of cash) - we loved visiting Citrus Ridge and Aulin Reef were maybe the highlights. House reef is worth doing (we saw nudibranches) - hard to snorkel there at low tide but you just have to time when you go in and otherwise do excursions or just read a good book. We did the red bird of paradise tour from here - definitely worth it (just bring a ton of repellent). If you need to find more people for a tour, walk to the Homestay around the corner / rock and join their tours or get guests there to join yours. You also see baby rays and sharks swimming around the bungalows. Hosts were so lovely and friendly - we liked that they left us to ourselves most of the time but if we had questions or wanted a chat, so they were around.

It was the best homestay I’ve been in my month in raja ampat. They are professional and they thought of many importants détails to make your stay comfortable. They had healthy options for the meals. They have a great communication and answer your questions, need and boat trip organization very fast.

We came to raja ampat to dive. The days in Raja Ampat is the most unforgettable vacation I've ever had, and the stay at Nyande was just beyond my expectation. Both in the facilities and the price performance. Upon arrival the bungalows and the elevated restaurant impressed me, you can just tell how meticulous the owner was and how much efforts he has paid in designing his place. Rooms were comfortable, food was nice. What significantly added to the value is the beautiful house reef and the mangrove tree at the middle of the rooms. Simply going snorkeling will get you stunned with the beautiful corel and many fishes. And the mangrove had surprises in store (we saw a big, color-changing cuttlefish under it, just as what we saw on tv). Going diving was also conviently arranged with nearby dive shops at reasonable price. I came here after a 10-day stay at a well-know resort in Gam Island. I'd confidently say Nyande is no less (or even more) amazing than that resort which is twice the price of Nyande. I won't write so much unless I truly feel pleased or even grateful to a place where I spent a few days. And Nyande and its owner Andy was definitely worthwhile me doibg so!

Super friendly staff and some of the tastiest food ever in Indo. We didn’t do any of the multitude choices of snorkeling or dive trips because we had just done a liveaboard. Will, the director, very accommodating and helpful. There is a reef of sorts out front with nice big fish, some surviving coral. People have spotted turtles and manta but I wasn’t lucky. Lots of beaches fringing the island and another couple walked and snorkelled their way half way around. There is a small shop selling beer and biscuits. So beautiful!
