The Staff was really helpful, helped with opening wine, and when card stopped working the staff member available was quick to sort out issues, the staff also provided recommendations for ATV and places to visit. This was the most perfect little stay! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Right in the heart of Parikia, it’s so close to everything you could want, need, and more. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. I stayed for 5 days, and the hosts were absolutely perfect—met me at the property, were just a phone call away if I needed anything, and couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. The place was spotless—truly exceptional. It may be small, but it’s so well-designed, with lots of clever hidden storage. For the size, it was unbelievably functional and thoughtfully laid out. 10/10 – I will definitely return and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Ni & Gio – the apartment was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It’s clear the hosts put thought into every detail. We especially enjoyed the peaceful location, the beautiful beach view, and the convenience of all the modern amenities. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy Paros, and we’d definitely come back!

What a fabulous villa. We were a party of 7 celebrating 60th and 30th birthdays with our grown up children and Villa Terra was the perfect place to celebrate. The villa is spacious, well equipped with many areas to sit, relax and enjoy the splendid views of the sea, coastline and sunsets. The pool was wonderful - I miss doing my morning yoga on the terrace and 40 lengths in the pool. Irini couldn’t have been more helpful and welcomed us with wine, snacks and a fridge stocked with bottles of water. Parikia is 20 minutes walk away (about 5 minutes on a busy road but this didn’t bother us) so convenient for meals out. There are beaches 15 and 30 minutes walk away. We managed without hiring a car and just used taxis on a couple of days to explore Naousa & Lefkes.

- fantastic balcony view - beautiful big pool with bar - comfy room - good shower - very friendly and helpful staff - great location (10 min walk to main beach front dining options) but is a very steep hike to hotel from the ferry (recommend a transfer or pick up a hire car if you don’t like walking as taxis were impossible to get) - ATV hire is a good idea to explore the entire island

    The hosts were so helpful in giving recommendations. We loved the ice coffees in the morning as well as the company of their lovely dog. Even in July we didn’t feel the absence of the air con was missed, the fans were just as good. Amazing value, location and all around good vibes.

    This was seriously our favourite stay of our 4 month trip. The generosity and hospitality over the length of our stay was unmatched, the room was clean and spacious, rooftop had a great sunset and the location was about a 1 minute walk to the Main Street of Paros (so good to stay just outside the crazy hustle and bustle). Absolutely recommend. They also have the cutest hotel doggo who is so friendly!

    Convenient location for those arriving to and from the Port. Alexandra was very friendly and attentive to our requests and needs. We were very appreciative of the pet friendly policy. Basic rooms with minimum necessities considering we spent most of our time exploring the island. Price was high but fair considering that we were traveling in august.

    Fantastic Pension, just a 10 minute walk from the Port, and 5 minutes to nearest beach. No breakfast available, but great local bakery is just around the corner, and Sofia's has a lovely garden setting with many different seating areas to relax in. Rooms are well equipped and good air con. Very cute dog and a few friendly cats to pet!
