We had a fabulous stay at Islecroft B&B. A beautiful room overlooking the bay with lots of personal touches. Tracey was the perfect hostess & as a keen cyclist herself was able to advise on some excellent off-road gravel tracks above and around St Ninian's Cave & the Kirroughtree area. She also had a wealth of local knowledge about what to do & see & the local restaurants (both the Steam Packet in the village & The Harbour in Garlieston were excellent). We'd definitely recommend staying here.

Had an amazing break away for 4 nights. Location was perfect so peaceful and tranquil just what we were needing at the moment . Wood fired hot tub for use aswell with logs and kindling available aswell. Hot tub was amazing and hosts also emptied and refilled for us with fresh water when we were away out . Hosts were lovely friendly and very helpful. First time we ever done glamping as such and we really enjoyed it . Our frenchie Fury also had a great time there aswell making friends with sheep and donkey . Animals around to see aswell as on farm little piglets born just a week ago some extras we weren’t expecting also there’s a games room diwn the road 2 mins we never knew about this until we read comments on guest book so glad we went down pool table darts board air hockey and football to play board games . We loved our stay here and will definitely be back sometime.great prices aswell well worth the money and is also private aswell with enclosed fence and gates . Thanks for our amazing stay xx

Beautiful house in the middle of nowhere - loved the beautiful location & whilst the drive was a good way up, it is well maintained. Clean & well stocked kitchen. Christmas tree had been decorated for us, lovely touch, thank you. Large garden, gates that could be shut to keep the dogs in. We were surrounded by sheep, but my two were not able to escape, thankfully. 20 Min walk to the beach.

    Very clean and comfortable caravan. We went in April, but the weather was still cold. It was easy and quick to heat up. Also it’s in a quiet location. Monreith beaches are beautiful.

    This was a lovely, clean and warm caravan with great home from home ammenities including a Nespresso coffee machine, smart TVs and an air fryer along with all the usual things you'd expect to find. The double bedroom and two single beds were very comfy and cosy. It is spacious with a lovely warm shower and two toilets. It's in a great location just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to the local small town of Port William. Added bonus was that they had dog treats

    Fantastic location for a family break away if you want to wind down and relax. Very peaceful and quiet. Everything you need, and like home from home. Great secure garden for the dogs. Would definitely return

    It was inviting, cosy, clean & very well organised. It was like a home away from home. Everything worked and the location was great. Very comfy and spacious. The dogs felt very at home and settled in well.
