    Great location and very dog friendly. All of the staff were very friendly and made a big fuss of our dog which was nice. Dog even had his own breakfast cooked to order.

    The staff were all very helpful and the food was good. I particularly liked the breakfast. They are very dog friendly and we found a cover for the bed so the dogs could go on with a towel provided for the dogs and a bag of dog treats. At breakfast the dogs are treated like guests and they were provided with a breakfast of sausage and scrambled eggs. The hotel provided a long stay parking disc which is valid in the town car park which is about a 3 or 4 minute walk from the hotel

    Excellent hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. We did a lovely walk by the river which was recommended by one of them. Very dog friendly. They supplied a towel, throw and treats for our dog and he even had a special breakfast with us. Great bar, where we ate both days of our stay. Food was delicious and breakfast was really good too. Very good location. Parking available very close to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel

    Staff very helpful and pleasant. Lovley location: Great spa and gym facilities. Food was to a good standard and menu good. Room warm clean and nicely presented-excellent for us as dog friendly and our little dachshund was made very welcome!
