    A convenient location for us, a few miles from Hastings. Pleasant country house atmosphere. Helpful staff. The attic room we had was characterful and quirky. The afternoon tea experience is highly recommended. There's a walk around a pond and a large lawn for dogs; ours was made to feel very welcome. We'll stay again.

    Great peaceful location, lovely garden an dining area to enjoy the super breakfast. Doggy friendly. easy parking, charming staff and hassle free. Very laid back. We'd love to visit again soon when back in the area.

    Super nice host, we felt like at home. room was comfy and spacious. House is nested in a nice countryside in a good location. We could bring our dog as well. definitely coming back!

    Very welcoming and friendly. Karen and Ken were excellent hosts and very accommodating. They made me and my dog very much at home. The room was warm and clean with a very comfy bed. I liked the quirkiness of the decor and layout. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax. There are walks from the hotel and its dog friendly.

    Comfortable, quirky hotel. Craig and Caroline were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Being dog friendly was a huge plus and being able to borrow the hotel wellies invaluable in the wet weather!
