Almost perfect. Absolutely top class Quality of interior, comfort, cleanliness were all spot on! . If I had to live there for the rest of my life, I wouldn't complain! Only reservation is that it will now be more difficult to book again......which we certainly will.

The house was immaculate when we arrived, and key collection / info on how to work everything was very comprehensive. The beds were comfy, bedding beautiful, bath enormous, kitchen well-equipped etc. etc. And the the views down the valley breath-taking ...     Loved the location right on the lake with lovely grounds to enjoy the sunshine with a drink.. Perfect for dog walking and a wander into the village, too. Very dog friendly, and the staff were super helpful with advice on walking routes, etc

    A lovely location on the edge of Coniston with extensive grounds leading down to the lake. The little seating 'huts' are a great idea. Staff friendly and the restaurant and bar area was very good. Very pet friendly throughout and our dog enjoyed the walks just outside the door. Hotel easy to find and ample on-site parking.
