the hosts were absolutely brilliant and just so dog friendly. we booked a 3 course evening meal in advance and it was lovely and just what we needed after a 14 hour journey.

Location, hotel, room, parking, food and the owners were all superb. Felt homely and welcoming. The room was spacious and the owner very friendly and helpful. The food from the restaurant within the hotel was excellent and the outside restaurant terrace charming. Beautiful walk behind the hotel along the lake. So relaxing.
