The house is located around 20km from Mariehamn, so it is bit remote and very quiet. The view was simply stunning and we enjoyed staying on the terrace so much. The kitchen-living room area has big windows so you can enjoy the view even when staying inside. We stayed there in the very end of May, so it was not high season yet and we were the only guests in the site.

This accommodation was truly warm and homely. Everything we could possibly need was there – including a washing machine and dryer – and the host had thoughtfully provided all the necessary laundry supplies. The apartment had a lovely balcony, and the whole building was peaceful and quiet, creating a very calming atmosphere. We chose this place because we have a dog in our family, and he was genuinely welcome here – something that meant a lot to us. Excellent place to explore Alands. The hotel is at main but pacefull street and has own free of charge parking place. Very nice and helpfull staff, we have been advised on restaurants for dinner. Rich breakfast buffet - strongly recommend hotel for other guests.

We got an unexpected lovely welcome gift for our pet - chewing sticks, she also got a doggy bed and a drinking bowl. Our room had lots of mirrors, a beautiful view of the sea, a balcony, comfy beds, a coffee service, two armchairs, a working desk. The bathroom had a shower AND a bathtub. We got to use the pool and sauna, very clean. Breakfast was good, fruits, juices, breads, cheeses, a choice of eggs, nice! There is a bar with two pool tables in the same building. We went there with my 12 year old son, they even make non-alcoholic cocktails for kids. The hotel has a perfect location for sight seeing, we walked to 3 museums, a waterpark, harbour, and an open air zoo.
