Perfect family room. If U need to take a nap during the daylight, go ahead to this hotel. Kids loved the bunk beds, they were great also for older kids (15-16yo). Great aircondition system. Beds are very comfortable + in quiet room = very good sleep. Outside is romantic walk by the river. Parking under the roof, direct in the hotel property.

We loved everything, Dormero never disappointed us. We definitely will come back. We loved the bowls for the dog, and the kettle with coffee and tea. Minibar is free.

breakfast was fantastic with so many options and food bars, the rooms were very clean, wide and spacious with completely new interiors. Staff were friendly. Parking was simple and easy although you do have to pay. Finally trams from the city centre went straight to the hotel making it perfect to travel from.

Excellent Stay/Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at Puzzle Hotel Airport Frankfurt in Bischofsheim. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to the airport, with free private parking as a great bonus. Apartment Quality is amazing. Cleanliness and hygiene is upto the expectation. Size and layout is sufficient. Comfort of bed and pillows is good. Noise levels (internal and external) is not disturbing. Balcony was an amazing place for breakfast. Bathroom Cleanliness is remarkable. Water pressure and temperature is what you need. They provide enough toiletries for your use. Towels were clean, soft and enough in quantity. Facilities Wi-Fi speed was good Parking is available with no extra cost. It is street side but safe. I will consider this as a Value for Money deal. Overall Experience was excellent. I would definitely stay again. And I would recommend it to others.
