Initially I had my doubts, I was travelling across Germany and got stuck in the traffic for 2 hours due to a car on the fire on the A2, because of that 2 hours I end up to get exhausted and thought about looking for place to stay overnight. At 10pm this was the only hotel available withn 50km of the area where I was, and the price very competitive. In the end Everything was amazing. Arrived at the hotel after midnight and everything was ready and the night porter was waiting for me. location was great just out from the A2. Room was spotless, warm, clean and very comfortable. Full continental breakfast very tasty. I will definitely stay again on my next travel.

On the way from Malaga to Finland, this was an absolutely wonderful place to relax for the last night before the upcoming ship journey. The lovely lady of the manor welcomed us to a very clean room in the ancient manor building. The workers were busy at work and the cows were mooing in the barn and the birds were chirping on the edges of the beautiful park corridors in the big old trees.

Tucked away in a charming little village on the beautiful German countryside, this accommodation turned out to be a true hidden gem and the highlight of our entire trip through Germany. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and clearly very well maintained. Everything was in excellent condition and it was obvious that the hosts take great pride in offering a high quality stay. Thoughtful touches really made a difference, from a box of toys and neatly made children’s beds with soft sheets, to a high chair and cutlery all set up for the little ones. Our kids loved it just as much as we did. The area is peaceful and quiet, especially at night, and there is safe, convenient parking available right outside on the street. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, including a coffee machine (with coffee provided), microwave, and everything we needed. There was also a TV with Netflix, and WiFi was available, though we didn’t use it since mobile coverage was strong. Honestly, the only downside was that we only stayed for one night during our road trip. We would have happily stayed longer to explore the picturesque surroundings. Out of all the places we stayed at during our holiday, this was by far our favorite. We are already planning to come back next year.

We chose the hotel because it had an underneath garage, so we didn't have to worry about our luggage in the car. We booked the hotel last minute and arrived at midnight, but the staff was very helpful and we entered without any problem. We appreciated all the details: pets friendly, free drinks in the fridge, comfortable and clean bathroom, super big bed, big tv.

Just 500 metres from Salzgittersee Lake, Hotel am See offers rooms with free WiFi access. Lebenstedt Outdoor and Indoor Swimming Pool is a 10-minute walk away and the hotel has its own sun terrace.

Good location near the Salzgitter lake, Good breakfast, restaurant and grocery store is in walking distance (Approx. 15 min. or so). Will visit again. :)

It was just perfect, late arriving due to motorway accident no issue reception staff extremely helpful and polite. Morning staff in restaurant were brilliant. Food was prepared to a very high standard and very hot. All in all just perfect.
