Fantastic country location overlooking the river. Very tranquil. Particular memory is breakfasting outside with the sumptuous meal provided by our host! Lovely restaurant nearby.

During our ten-day tour by bike along the Elbe, the Parkhotel in Pretzsch was one of our best experience and certainly the warmiest wellcome we had. We had chosen a larger room category and it was really comfortable with a nice seating area. Breakfast was pleasant in a big old fashion room. There are two restaurants in the small city (we tried the pizzeria which was OK, with a beautiful terrasse overlooking the countryside).
