The location is excellent as it's near Metrotown, restaurants and the main streets. The gym is well-equipped and spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were outstanding, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, good variety and staff available for assistance. Laundry room with everything available via vending machine. Staff were able to provide necessary change required for machines. Pool available. Great location with public transport easy to access. Toiletries, hairdryer & coffee machine/ kettle available for guest use.
