Even though I was only there for one night, I felt welcome and comfortable...traveling solo, that is important! This pension was just oozing with charm and true heritage of the area. I adore staying at places like this. Pension Grein was also very well located to restaurants nearby and had a most wonderful breakfast.

Really nice and calm hotel. I needed a stay overnight and didn't try out the SPA facilities / pool but It looked very tempting as well. And the dinner was just excellent, and the same for.breakfast. I really recommend to book half pansion. There was an EV charger available, which is great for EV owners. (I didn't use it as I already charged before).

    Family-run hotel that also run their own beer brewery next door. A light place, good food, all locally sourced. Very friendly people that will cater for all your wishes. Go for the "halb-pension" option (B&B plus a four course meal), you won't be disappointed.
