We liked everything, the location, the view, the food. But most if all the hosts. So lovely, so welcoming. On arrival we were welcomed with a drink and we introduced ourselves. In the evening we were spoiled with a carafe of wine. All the food was homegrown from vegie gardens, milk of the cow, eggs from the chickens, and the piglets were a delight to watch. Absolutely perfect,!!!!

From the moment we arrived at the guesthouse, we felt like we were at home. The hosts are so heartwarming and make sure you have everything you need. The food is delicious, with all natural ingredients. My girlfriend doesn’t eat meat, but they had alternatives every single time. This place is also one where you can enjoy nature and where you can relax. You can swim in the super clean water, use the kayak or paddle board, you can walk in the nature… and so much more! We have never had an experience at a guesthouse like this before and are definitely coming back!

Altin‘s accommodation is definitely one of the best places I have ever been. The room is very spacious, clean, has an own bathroom and balcony. The kitchen is next to the room and offers anything for preparing own food. There’s a living room area too. The beautiful garden and the stunning view is really nice. Walking distance to the castle and bazar. Beautiful hike to the mountain. Altin is an amazing and respectful host. He gaved me some support to help rescuing a kitten, which I finally brought to the vet hospital in Tirana. After this experience Altin is for me more than a host; we became friends. Definitely recommend to stay in Altin‘s accommodation.

100% AMAZING!!!! After long drive and woking around Kruje, this was just a paradise for us! The cleanest apartments in all of Albania (for us it was 8 days, and every day we spend in a different place). All villa is amazing, evening views are unforgettable. The feeling that the whole of Albania was at our feet ❤️ And we recommend a 10min walk to enyoy a great dinner at the restaurant Horizont (omg, food and views ar excellent 10/10).

Staying at Baven Toven is a very intensive and emotional experience as you get to merge with nature and lolcal culture. The location is exceptional, surrounded by mountains and greenery, close there`s a waterfall that no one should miss. The hosts are adorable and very hard working, they make you feel welcome and are at your disposal and its admirable the respect that they themselves have about the environement. The rooms are cosy, quiet and comfotable. To top it all there`s a small pool, right in the middle of nature, where only the sounds of crickets are heard. Idyllic place. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous authentic place and great location within 15 min walk of everything in Kruja. Communication with the hosts was great, either via message or via google translate whilst in person. The home-made food was the highlight of our stay in Albania.
