The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and new. Amenities were great, shower was hot! Great location right in the old town. Very close to the popular “Beer Street”, which meant there was a lot to do nearby - we couldn’t hear any noise from our room at all so slept very well. We would definitely stay here again!

They were kind enough to allow us early check in 3 hours before (they didn't have to; thank you once again). At each interaction with the staff they went above and beyond to ensure guests comfort. The location of hotel is great (if you like to explore the old city on foot, look no further). The hotel staff is kind enough to arrange and recommend top tour operators.

We were able to check in early! They welcomed us with enthusiasm, and recommend restaurants for us. Comfortable bed and pillows, room spacious and clean. Skybar was awesome, drinks are excellent. Their Christmas decoration was the most thing I was impressed because of its magnificence. Would highly recommend this hotel!
