Kitchen was modern and well equipped. Flat is super new and well maintained. Avenue was busy (can’t park along it) but not too noisy. Terrace with barbecue was a plus, we loved it! The room was well designed, with good space even disabled friendly. The lift was big and we could all go at once with all our luggage in it. We did not have breakfast so can not comment on that. Location very good walking distance to the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful.
