Close to everything, but not in the middle of everything. We had cleaning everyday, and the daily bottle of water was a nice plus. Extremely comfortable beds, great view, quick check in. Bathroom was beautiful. Complimentary coffee in room. Got a pack n play for the baby to sleep in. Already recommending and probably staying again at LUMA Times Square when visiting NYC

I've been travelling with my kid and during the busy holiday time we've got an upgrade of the room , which was absolutely stunning. All the Christmas decorations in the hotel, the comfort of the bed , room services, luxury bath fragrances from Le Labo , you can also feel it around all the hotel , the live Jazz in Lounge on Pearl... simply the sence for the details in this hotel makes you feel so welcomed .
