We liked everything about this property and it really exceeded our expectations! The staff is so nice and helpful and they made the stay even better :) The best staff we encountered during our whole visit in Thailand! If you don't want to stay in the busiest part of the island, this is a great option. It is a bit removed from the noise, partying and a lot of people, but it is not remote at all. It is less than 10 minutes with a taxi from all of the restaurants, bars and shops, and 15 minutes from the pier. Our room was nice and had a nice view, the pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, and the whole property is very pretty. Even though the property does not offer food, they can order breakfast, lunch and dinner for you and you can eat it at the bar. The bar is also very quiet and relaxing, it is right next to the pool area and has a great sunset view. If you don't want to order food or get a taxi to the "city", you can also walk to two restaurants close by and we really liked the one at the Dunsit Buncha resort. The staff also help you with getting taxi and it was always very efficient .

Seeing this property in person is even better than in photos, which is rare to experience, as photos tend to be filtered and in the best possible perspective. The reality here is even better though! The staff was dialed in and absolutely service oriented. We had a small maintenance issue with the pool light and they responded quickly and professionally to resolve it. They also organized a scooter rental, taxi pick-up to/from the ferry and went above and beyond to make the transfers as smooth as possible. This will now be our home whenever we visit Koh Tao.

It is on a hill but with a motorbike, very easy to get into town. Room is spacious and beds are comfy. Great breakfast in the morning too!
