The staff was friendly and helpful (and empathetic about the issues multiple people have had) and the price was more than reasonable for the quality of the rooms. That aspect alone is somewhat interesting. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean. At the moment, there are not many places to stay in Targoviste, so this served its purpose. The location is about a 20 minute walk from the center of Targoviste, which is a bit far but that was known before hand.
