The staff was so so kind, truly marginally better than every other hostel and hotel experiences we had in Cebu and surrounding areas. The staff were very helpful answering questions and going the extra mile such as: having the breakfast prepared for us ready to eat when we came down, bringing the dinner up to our room after a long travel day, ice cold water when we arrived, free transportation to the airport at any time we needed. If you are considering a hotel or hostel around this budget do not hesitate to book with this one.

The owner is very responsive of any requests and communicates regularly.

The apartment was clean, modern and spacious with all the amenities you would need! We arrived quite late (11:30pm) after a full day of travelling to the Philippines, the accommodation is less than 10 minutes drive to the airport and 30 minutes to the the port. check in was super easy with a lovely lady behind the desk. The bed was so comfortable and the temperature was perfect and good air con! The hosts were very helpful with any queries and quick to respond on booking.com. I honestly mostly loved the staff! Exceptional attention to detail, they all wore a wide happy smile on their faces 24/7. This is one of the best customer service experience I have ever experienced.

The condo was spacious, well equipped, nice minibar and comfortable bed. It was quiet too, no barking dogs or screaming cockerels. A good night's sleep. I recommend this place.
