Extraordinary service. We arrived a day late due to circumstances outside of our control, and the hotel did not charge us for the night. Beyond the service the hotel is amazing, located in the middle of an amazing landscape and with beautiful hot spring pools open 24/7.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was clean and not overly decorated. The amenities went beyond a two star hotel (soap, shampoo and even blow dryer, things that one doesn’t necessarily find together in a three star hotel.)

Wonderful place, super friendly staff that makes sure you are being taken care of, and the view from our room was just breathtaking. They take outstanding care of the property, too, growing variety of flowers, and everything is spotless clean. Their Quinoa restaurant serves the best meals we ve tasted during our three week trip. It is, by far, the nicest hotel we've been to in Peru over the last 3 months. The hotel is spotless, comfortable, beautifully designed, the staff is wonderful, the shower is fantastic, breakfast is great. There's secure parking, it's close to the main square and everything was wonderful, I cannot recommend it enough!

The family was incredibly welcoming, and we had the chance to experience everyday life in the community in a very genuine way. It’s a perfect place to relax, with beautiful nature all around, thermal baths nearby, and plenty of small hikes to enjoy. Our young daughter especially loved helping feed the baby alpacas and joining in the activities with the family. The homemade meals were delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you are looking for an authentic, peaceful stay full of cultural experiences and local warmth, this is the perfect choice in the Colca region.
