This modern hotel is located in the Panamanian city of David, just 3 minutes’ walk from Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Park. It offers a fitness centre, a sauna and an outdoor pool. This hotel was exactly what I needed. I was in David for medical tests. Because my home is in Boquete, about a half hour's drive away, I decided to also run a few errands. My experience with fine hotels has been at conventions. I expect the restaurant to be fair, but overpriced. The Ciudad de David exceeded all my expectations in every way. The menu allowed a variety of tastes and prices. I eat small meals and most menus can't fit this limitation. Not only did I find fair prices, moderate quantities of food, and excellent tasting dishes, the serving staff was attentive and kind.

It was only a 10 minute walk to both the centre of David and the bus station. Puri and Jose went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Their place is definitely the cleanest place we've ever stayed at. The included breakfast was very fresh and healthy.

Hotel City Plaza & Suites di David mempunyai penginapan 4-bintang dengan bar. Menawarkan khidmat concierge, tempat penginapan ini juga menyediakan tetamu dengan teres matahari. The staff were phenomenal and allowed me to check-in a bit earlier than expected with no extra fee. Also, the hotel was pet friendly as advertised, located close to a Romero grocery store, and offered an included breakfast that left me feeling ready to take on the day ahead!

The owner and staff were pleasant and loaned us use of folding chairs to attend a local Jazz festival. They also made another apartment available when we unexpectedly needed to extend our stay. The restaurant downstairs was great and had vegetarian options. We went their twice during our stay. I will come here again and already queried about renting Teo units this coming summer when I have family visiting.
