This was our favourite campsite during our 2-week roadtrip in Namibia. The location is very peaceful and safe. The space is huge, a large private plot with a bathroom, a toilette, an outdoor dishwashing area and a BBQ area. Everything was crystal clear, spacious, cozy, therevwasbhot water every time. We could buy delicious meat from the owners and grilled it on the fire - it was great :) The son of the owner was super kind and helpful. I fully recommend this campsite, especially for those on a roadtrip with a tented car. This clean and peaceful location was such a relief after the other crowded campsites.

Huab Lodge & BushSPA terletak di Damaraland. Ia dikelilingi oleh tumbuh-tumbuhan yang subur. Ia menawarkan kolam renang dan mata air terma semula jadi. Huab has a truly exceptional setting, being properly remote and untouched. Not only does one get to see desert elephants on a game drive with the lovely Deon, but one gets to meet desert elephants who are not used to seeing anyone else drive through but him, max once a day, so it really feels like a wild encounter! The staff is exceptionally pleasant and caring, the owners are truly fabulous people, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. We came in November when the day temperatures were hitting 40 degrees and yet the rooms felt cool enough for our babies nap during the day, and opening the windows at night made for a very cool sleep, so the lack of aircon didn't end up being a problem. The pool is really special, and the thatch bar/restaurant area has a unique character and beautiful views. The food was surprisingly good and varied for a place this remote in the middle of the Namibian desert too! We felt incredibly welcome and looked after by the small team, which made for a very special and intimate experience, the perfect ending of our Namibia trip after the business of Etosha national parks!

We had a great time at the lodge. The rooms were spacious, and the service from the staff was amazing. The food was good- the staff even "reserved" a table for us because we kept going back to the same one every day. Little things like that asking how was our stay- bringing us things not on the "menu" when we asked if they could provide it. We would highly recommend staying here- beautiful location, great sites to visit close by, and a very attentive and friendly staff.

Located 25 km from Khorixas, Gondwana Damara Mopane Lodge offers accommodation set in a semi-circle of interlinking pathways with a swimming pool at the centre. Neat place, nice pool, great staff

Looking "edgy" from the outside but in the most positive way. Check-in was fast and easy, the Safari Tents were spacious and had their own bathroom and showers right next to them. Food was tasty and for the three days we stayed well rounded with variety.
