The staff were accommodating by switching our room when I complained that the location of our room was not consistent with our booking request. After that, we were happy with the new location which wads quiet and had a great view. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. I also like the charging drawer for our devices and there was lots of storage.

The place was quite big, overall clean, it had all the details i need, personal care items and an iron.

Situated in San José del Cabo, 21 km from Puerto Los Cabos, NEST Baja features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. This place is such a dream. Driving up the East Cape along the coastline, really made you feel like you were getting away from the bustle of Cabo and into a laid back, wilder and more rugged landscape. We were greeted by donkeys on our drive in, before arriving at this little oasis tucked up the hill. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. You could tell they genuinely love this place and are happy to share this with guest's. We stayed in the Sunrise Suite which had an unobstructed view in front of us to the ocean. We fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to the sunrise streaming through the bedroom currents. Really couldn’t ask for a more relaxing getaway. Next time I’ll definetly come for longer and explore the area!

David and Enrique were both very helpful when we were in a difficult situation, and Monica(dog) and two cats were very friendly. We hope to be back again!

Five-diamond adults-only resort, top-shelf liquor, butler services on every floor. All the staff were very friendly and kind. I received excellent care from the butlers. Many services and reservations can be made through the hotel app. One of the best parts of this hotel is the complimentary hydrotherapy.

Situated in San José del Cabo in the Baja California Sur Region, Viceroy Los Cabos features an outdoor pool and a private beach area. We loved everything about the Viceroy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. We want to thank Samantha and Oscar for the warm welcome and help during our stay. The property was very clean and everything looked even more stunning in real life compared to the pictures. The architecture is beyond compared. The food was great, too. We had dinner at Awacate and Cielomar and ate at the pool. We loved everything about our stay and would come back any time.
